About the session: Webinar focused on recent Trends in Entrepreneurial Management, small startups and funding agencies.

Outcome: Participants understood the essentials of Entrepreneurial Management, Business Startup, Funding Agencies and Recent Trends.


The Department of Hindi organized ONE DAY HINDI NATIONAL WEBINAR on the topic “SAHITHYA  ME VYANG KA STHAN” on 30th May 2023.

Smt. Usha kumari  assistant professor welcomed  and introduced the  Guest &  participants.  The Chief Guest delivered her address. The Webinar got an overwhelming response . The Department conducted live sessions on the same day.

In this  session  nearly 168 participants attended.

The main Objective of the webinar: Intellectual property (IP) systems have been designed to incentivize human innovation and creation. Until very recently such innovation and creation was one of the defining characteristics of the human species.

As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to emerge as a general-purpose technology with widespread applications throughout the economy and society, this poses fundamental questions that sit at the heart of the existing IP systems. Does AI innovation and creation need IP incentives? How should the value of human invention and creation be balanced against AI innovation and creation? Does the advent of AI require any changes to the existing IP frameworks?

Legal Awareness  Programme

Equal Opportunity Cell in association with IQAC organised an Legal Awareness Programme at Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain First Grade College, KGF on 25th May 2023 at 9.30 am to 11:30 am in the auditorium for the degree students.

Topic – Equal opportunity under Indian constitution

Total- 210 students and 05 faulty members participated.

Rural women entrepreneurship can contribute to economic growth in developing countries. the speaker gave awareness on various entrepreneur opportunities and financial assistance available to start any venture.

 Objectives 1. Awareness and Opportunities for Rural Women Entrepreneurship   2. Financial assistant from GOI towards motivating rural entrepreneurship

Outcome: The attendees got knowledge about entrepreneur activities, types of rural entrepreneurship, government schemes such as Mudra loan for women  Stree Shakti Yojana, Dena Shakti scheme etc and banks offering such loans to promote rural women entrepreneurship.

National webinar on Recent Trends in Research and Advancement in Diabetes Mellitus

The Department of Life Science in association with Research Cell organized a National Webinar on “Recent Trends in Research and Advancement in Diabetes Mellitus” on 24th May 2023. The Resource person for the session was Dr. Veeraraghavan, Professor, School of Allied Health Sciences, Department of Biochemistry, REVA University, Bengaluru
