The Student Welfare Council (SWC) conducted Interviews for new members who have been registered to join as a member of the SWC. About 20 students accompanied the interview, out of 20 students 18 students have been selected as the new members of SWC
Few responsibilities have been allocated to the new members according to their talent.
The Eco Club organized Field visit to the students of SBMJFGC in order to bring awareness on ” The impact of chemical fertilizers on environment and health” on 17th July 2023 at Modakapalli.Kysambahalli.
The Kargil War resulted in the loss of 527 soldiers from the Indian Army. The conflict concluded on July 26, 1999, when the Pakistan army was forced to retreat from their occupied positions, signifying India’s triumph. Since then, this day is observed as Kargil War Diwas to honour and remember the supreme sacrifice made by the soldiers during the war.
Rotaract club of SBMJC-KGF in collaboration with the Postal Department of KGF gave a tribute to the Kargil War’s Heroes who gave commemorate the contribution of the Indian’s on 26th July 2023.
The Chief Guest was Captain Venkatesh , Ex-Army and other Ex-Army community.
Department of Commerce has Organised an Industrial Visit to Deccan Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd Dasarahosahalli Bangarpet for 1st year B.Com students to interact and understand how the manufacturing process takes place for four wheelers, Commercial vehicles, Tractors and Off- Road vehicle segments. They also supplies for both Domestic and International markets. Target Customers are BEML, VOLVO, TATA, L&T Constructions, and SAME DEUTZ- FAHR.

Objective of the Conference: The Conference aims at providing an opportunity for academicians and students to learn about the basis of IPR and protect their intellectual properties. Faculty members enrich their students about legal framework of IPR and facilitate better data security, and provide information on how to file a research patent, copyright and trademark applications and defined IP infringement claims.

Students visited Electronics lab at Vijaya College bangaluru and gained knowledge about Micro processor and different electronics equipment’s and its usages in the real time. Students also gained knowledge about practical experiences about different waves in electronics.
Students visited Zoology lab at Vijaya College Bengaluru, and gained knowledge about aquatic animals and human anatomy.
Electroll Literary Club of SBMJFGC, KGF Organised election literacy awareness program in association with teachers association of KGF taluk on 17th July 2023. Dr Reka Sethi principal of SBMJC KGF and teachers from schools were present
The ELC Club invited resource persons as a students and teachers from 35 schools.
On 07 July 2023 Rovers and Rangers of SBMJC – K G F, took an initiative to facilitate Students, Faculty members and Other interested citizens of Karnataka (K G F), to register free online to avail the GruhaJyothi benefit (Free Electricity) an initiative by Government of Karnataka which was launched exclusively for the benefit of household.
The Rovers and Rangers actively took part in the Registration and helped the needy people to register for free of cost.
25 People were benefitted by this initiative.
