The Counseling Centre conducted “<\/strong>AWARENESS PROGRAMME ON MEDITATION AND ITS BENEFITS -2024″<\/strong> at SBMJFGC, KGF on 20th<\/sup> JUNE 2024 at 11.15am to 01.00 pm in the Auditorium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program was hosted by Ms. Dharshini and Ms. Harini<\/strong>, CC members, welcome speech given by Ms. Rathika,<\/strong> CC member.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program was inaugurated by \u201cWatering the plant\u201d. Ms. B.K. Rathna and Ms. B. K Lakshmi Raja yoga Coach. & <\/strong>addressed the Resource Person by Dr. Rekha Sethi<\/strong>, Principal of SBMJC, KGF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. B.K. Rathna and Ms. B. K Lakshmi <\/strong>delivered the “<\/strong>AWARENESS PROGRAMME ON MEDITATION AND ITS BENEFITS -2024″<\/strong> in detail. The program ended by vote of thanks by Ms. Purvika member<\/strong> of CC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There were 03 Faculty Members and 155 students were benefited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
