Publication ethics are fundamental principles and standards that guide the writing, reviewing, and publishing processes in academic journals. In refereed or peer-reviewed journals, where manuscripts are evaluated by experts before publication, ethical standards are especially critical to maintaining the integrity of scholarly communication. The Code of Conduct Committee, in association with the IQAC Cell, organized a faculty development program on 30th May 2025 on the topic of Publication Ethics in Referred Journals<\/strong>. The resource person was Dr. Antony Gruze Thangaraj, Professor & Head, Post-Graduation, Department of Commerce, SBMJFGC, KGF. He spoke on the Key Ethical Principles in Publishing, Author Responsibilities, Plagiarism and Misconduct, Peer Review Ethics, Editor and Publisher Responsibilities, Common Ethical Violation and Consequences of Ethical Breaches. IQAC Coordinator Dr. L Jayapandian and 60 faculty members participated in the faculty development program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
