The Department of Commerce at Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain First Grade College, KGF, organized a comprehensive orientation program for its new students on July 5, 2025<\/strong>. The event aimed to familiarize students with the Department’s academic framework, extracurricular activities, and career prospects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program commenced with an engaging ice-breaking session, allowing students to interact and build connections with their peers. This was followed by self-introductions, where students shared their interests, academic backgrounds, and career aspirations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Department’s activities, including academic curriculum, projects, and other initiatives, were highlighted to give students a clear understanding of what to expect. Additionally, the career opportunities available to B.com graduates were discussed<\/strong>, providing students with insights into potential career paths and industry expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Kasturi, Head of the Department of Commerce, presided over the program, offering valuable guidance and encouragement to the students as they embarked on their academic journey.
