Jayapandian IQAC Coordinator SBMFGC, KGF Given Highlighted Importance of Counselling and Grievance Cell. Mr.Changareddy S Counseling Centre Officer, SBMFGC, KGF delivered On Orientation Programme, SWC Officer and Faculty Member were present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Meaning of Counseling:-<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Counselling refers to the process of providing guidance, support, and advice to individuals or groups who may be facing personal, emotional, psychological, or interpersonal challenges. It is a form of talk therapy, it will give advice or professional help to resolve personal or psychological problems. It is a purposeful learning oriented and private interview between the counselor and counselee. It is the individualized and personalized assistance with personal, educational, vocational problems. It is the process where an students meet with a trained professional counselor to talk about their academic and personal issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Objective:<\/strong> <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To Organize awareness programme for students in suitable concepts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To achieve positive mental health<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resolve their academic and personal issues and put them on right track with confident.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To encourage students to develop special abilities and right attitudes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To establish mutual understanding between Counselor and Counselee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outcomes:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Helps people to move towards their goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It enhances their overall wellbeing &amp; takes the initiative of putting back the students on the right track.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It created positive mind set towards the students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The motivational speech created how to face the personal &amp; inter personal problems in the society.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Total number of students and faculties benefited in the programme is 260 ( Faulty Member 10, B.Com 66 BBA 54 and B.SC 10 and&nbsp; BCA 120 )<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>First Session for I<sup>st<\/sup> Year I<sup>st&nbsp;
