{"id":32073,"date":"2025-10-06T09:31:23","date_gmt":"2025-10-06T04:01:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sbmjckgf.in\/wordpress\/?p=32073"},"modified":"2025-10-06T09:31:23","modified_gmt":"2025-10-06T04:01:23","slug":"walkathon-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sbmjckgf.in\/wordpress\/2025\/10\/06\/walkathon-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Walkathon 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Date- 29\/09\/2025<br>Time-9:30AM to 11:00AM<br>Location- Gandhi Circle Signal KGF<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Rotaract Club of SBMJC-KGF successfully organized a Walkathon in collaboration with Rotary KGF and Narayana Heart Centre, Jalappa, Kolar under the theme \u201cWalk to Prevent a Sudden Heart Attack.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The event witnessed active participation of 120 Rotaract members from SBMJC-KGF, showcasing great enthusiasm and commitment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Walkathon was strengthened by partnerships with Rotary Prime KGF, SBI, Gautami Hospital, and Rotary Club of Singapore, adding credibility and wide support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants were provided with custom T-shirts and refreshments, creating unity and encouraging an energetic atmosphere throughout the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Walkathon aimed to create awareness on heart health, emphasizing the importance of regular physical activity in preventing cardiac risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The collaboration between Rotaract, Rotary, and healthcare institutions highlighted the power of collective efforts in addressing community health concerns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overall, the Walkathon received an overwhelming response, inspiring participants and spreading the message of fitness, wellness, and heart care among the public.
