The Faculty Development Program received an overwhelming response with 57 participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Date:<\/strong> 29<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; 30<sup>th<\/sup> August 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Venue: <\/strong>Auditorium<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Resource Person:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ms. Vijayalakshmi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Department of Kannada<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SBMJC, KGF<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Faculty Development Program focused on the topic <strong>\u201cEthics and Human Values in Higher Education.\u201d<\/strong> The session highlighted the significance of moral principles, positive attitude, discipline, empathy, and integrity in teaching-learning environments. The resource person emphasized that ethical behavior and human values play a vital role in shaping students into responsible citizens.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The FDP explained how value-based education strengthens the relationship between teachers and students, improves institutional culture, and promotes holistic development.
