A three days Faculty Development Program was successfully conducted on 24th<\/sup> & 25th<\/sup> October 2024 Dr. Rekha Sethi Principal, IQAC Co-ordinator Dr. L Jayapandian, Heads of all the departments were present. The Faculty Development Program received an overwhelming response with 57 participants. Resource person Mr. Kalaichalvan A Head, Department of Physical Science, SBMJFGC KGF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Faculty Development Program focused on the Collaborative and Peer Learning Approach<\/strong>, highlighting how group-based learning enhances understanding, teamwork, and problem-solving skills among learners.
