Third day of Faculty Development Program was successfully conducted on 26th<\/sup> October 2024, Dr. Rekha Sethi Principal, IQAC Co-ordinator Dr. L Jayapandian, Heads of all the departments were present. The Faculty Development Program received an overwhelming response with 57 participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Faculty Development Program focused on the importance of Gender Sensitivity in Teaching and Higher Education<\/strong>. The session highlighted the need to create an inclusive environment where both male and female learners are treated equally and given equal opportunities to participate and excel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The program emphasized that gender-sensitive teaching practices can reduce stereotypes, promote mutual respect, and support the holistic development of students. It also stressed that educators must be aware of gender issues and adopt unbiased methods to ensure a fair and supportive academic atmosphere for all learners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
