Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Department of Business Administration, Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain First Grade College, KGF, organized a Two-Day National Level Faculty Development Programme (FDP)<\/strong> on \u201cAI Tools for Teaching and Learning Fraternity in Modern Era\u201d<\/strong> on 28th and 29th September 2026<\/strong>. The programme was conducted online through Google Meet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The FDP was organized with the objective of creating awareness among faculty members about the growing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in teaching and learning<\/strong>. The programme focused on the relevance of modern AI tools in education and their potential to support teachers in preparing learning materials, improving classroom engagement, and creating an effective teaching-learning environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The major objectives of the Faculty Development Programme were:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. To create awareness about the emerging role of Artificial Intelligence in education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. To introduce faculty members to useful AI tools for teaching and learning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. To understand how AI can support teachers in preparing educational content.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. To encourage the effective use of technology in the teaching-learning process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. To develop digital competencies among faculty members.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. To discuss the changing role of educators in the modern technological environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. To promote innovative and technology-supported teaching practices.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Resource Persons<\/strong>: The programme featured eminent resource persons from different academic institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    MAEER’s MIT Arts Commerce Science College, Alandi, Pune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The core model she explained was AI maps value across four stages<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Lesson planning<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Visual synthesis<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Interactive delivery<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Automated assessment <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Each stages pairs with targeted tools to sustain the design to evaluation loop, so planners can quickly literate and personalize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
