Library Book Week-2023

The Library and Information Center of SBMJFGC, KGF conducted Book Week for the students across all the program from 18th August 2023 to 24th August 2023.

The Book Week was Inaugurated by Dr. Rekha Sethi, Principal, SBMJFGC, KGF and Ms. Savitha V. Librarian, SBMJFGC, KGF on 18th August 2023.

The theme for the year 2023 is “Read, Grow, Inspire“, The library offer a wide range of books to ignite imaginations and help the students to learn and grow.

Number of students visited the Library – 1050

Number of Faculty members visited the Library – 53

BOOK WEEK-2017

Library and information Centre Organized Book Week on 12^th August 2017 in order to observe

Birthday of Dr. S.R. Ranganathan, father of Library Science in India. It is a week long Exhibition of Library resources.

It was inaugurated by Dr. Rekha Sethi, Principal, SBMJC, KGF. and all the library advisory committee members were present.It is open to all the Staff and students, to encourage the reading habits among the users.
