Fresher’s day is a welcome party to the new comers it provides a gesture of extending a friendly atmosphere to motivate the juniors. The aim of conducting the fresher’s day is to make the students feel at home. The day gives the fresher’s a step forward to build their dreams along with the institution’s vision and mission.

The main host for the event was [Ms.Fousizya BBA,Ms.Sameera BCA, Ms.krithicka B.com &Mr. Shan BCA ] (second and final year students) welcome Address was given by Principal Dr.Rekha Sethi, the events was to refresh the students with games and dance along with fillers finally with star of the events Mr. and Ms Fresher theme was CULTURAL REPRESENTATION.

“Vrishni 2026” was the annual Inter-College Cultural Fest hosted by SRI BHAGAWAN MAHAVEER JAIN COLLEGE .K.G.F,. The objective of the fest was to provide a platform for students from various colleges to showcase their talents and to promote cultural harmony. The entire event was organized, coordinated, and hosted by the students and faculty of CULTURAL FORUM .

ROLE OF OUR COLLEGE:

The students  worked as event coordinators, anchors, volunteers, registration desk in-charge, stage managers, and hospitality team. Our students successfully managed all events and ensured smooth conduct of the fest.

EVENTS CONDUCTED:

Various cultural competitions were organized for participating colleges:MUSIC & DANCE: Solo Singing, Group Singing, Solo Dance, Group Dance, Battle of BandsDRAMA & LITERARY: Skit, Mime, Mono Acting, Debate, Quiz, ExtemporeFASHION & ART: Fashion Show, Mehandi, Face Painting, Collage, Photography.

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE FEST: 25 UG Colleges and 5 PG Colleges participated with great enthusiasm.The Fashion Show ,Dance (solo &group) and Battle of Bands were the major crowd-pullersThe event was well coordinated by our student volunteers.The fest received positive feedback from all participating colleges

.RESULTS & VALEDICTORY:

The valedictory function was headed by Dr.Rekha Sethi and distributed prizes to the winners.

 The Overall Championship Trophy was awarded with reference of points scored in score board.

RAINBOW WEEK -2026

This whimsical day is all about discovering and enjoying the beauty of rainbows, understanding their significance in various cultures, and relishing the experience.

VIBGOR was the theme giving for the Rainbow week to encourage the students to enjoy the colours of unity in the college premises.

The Rainbow week started from 06.4.2026 TO 11.4.2026. Students and faculty members actively participated for the Rainbow week. and were awarded .

The Rainbow Week was successfully conducted from  06.4.2026 TO 11.4.2026.,  with a different colour theme each day, following the VIBGYOR sequence.

1. Violet Day (April 6): The week began with a soothing violet theme, promoting creativity and self-expression. Including an event of Drawing

2. Pink Day (April 8): Positivity and energy filled the day, with Pink-themed decorations and snacks.  Crome art competition was conducted on same day.

3. Blue Day (April 9): The calming effects of blue were celebrated, with relaxation techniques and blue-themed snacks. ,. fruits and vegitable carving was theme with day go green concept.

4. Green Day (April 10): The importance of growth and harmony was highlighted, with eco-friendly activities and green-themed food face painting  was organised fr the student to actively participate.

5. Brown Day (April): The week concluded with a vibrant brown theme, sparking imagination and creativity. Cook without fire was event for the Faculty Members.

6. Red Day (March 11): Participants explored the mystery and intuition associated with red, through various activities and discussions. Cook without fire for student was conducted

– Participants enthusiastically engaged with the different colour themes, showcasing their creativity and teamwork.

The 19th Graduation Day celebration was held on May 31, 2026, at Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain First Grade Jain College KGF. The ceremony was attended by esteemed guests, faculty members, graduating students, and their families. Dr. Rekha Sethi, Principal of Jain College, delivered the Graduation address, highlighting the institution’s achievements and future plans, emphasizing the importance of this milestone for the graduating class.

 The ceremony featured the distribution of awards to meritorious students, recognizing their academic excellence and contributions to the college community. Degrees were conferred upon the graduating students, marking a significant milestone in their lives.

Notably, the college’s placement efforts yielded impressive results, with 150 students being placed in the campus drive, showcasing the institution’s strong industry connections and the employability of its graduates. The occasion was filled with a sense of accomplishment and pride as students, faculty, and guests celebrated the achievements of the graduating class. The ceremony concluded with a vote of thanks, leaving a lasting impression on all attendees.
