Moto Of the outreach program : Students Studying Cyber Security to gain More knowledge about the cyber crime and Forensic awareness

Objective of the Program :

Introduction to Forensic Science – Understanding how science is applied to criminal investigations and medico-legal cases.

Crime Scene Management – Basics of how evidence is collected, preserved, and documented at a crime scene.

Fingerprints Analysis – Learning about different fingerprint patterns (loops, whorls, arches) and their role in identification.

DNA Profiling – How DNA samples are extracted, analyzed, and matched for establishing identity.

Toxicology Studies – Examination of body fluids to detect presence of drugs, alcohol, or poisons.

Autopsy Demonstration – Understanding the medico-legal postmortem procedure and determining cause of death.

Bloodstain Pattern Analysis – How blood spatter helps reconstruct the sequence of events during crimes.

Ballistics Study – Identifying firearms, bullets, and gunshot residue to link weapons with crimes.

Document Examination – Detecting forgeries, handwriting analysis, and signature verification.

Trace Evidence Collection – Studying hair, fibers, glass, or soil samples found at crime scenes.

Digital Forensics – Basics of retrieving deleted data from mobiles, computers, and electronic devices.
