Chef King is an entrepreneurial skill exhibition cum fund raiser for the mega event “Joy of Giving” was organized by the Department of Business Administration and Management Forum at the college campus, in which not only the students of BBA took part but also students and faculties from other streams actively participated. The event was inaugurated by Dr. Rekha Sethi principal, Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain First Grade College.

The Student Welfare Council (SWC) organized the “SkillForge Certification Day” on Tuesday, 25 November 2025, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM in the Conference Hall to recognize the achievements of final-year students who successfully completed industry-oriented skill development courses. The event was coordinated by Mr. Praveen N, SWC Officer, and Mr. Changareddy, SWC Coordinator, and was graced by the presence of resource persons Mr. Vamsi Krishna P, Founder & CEO of SkillForge, and Ms. Silpa DV, Co-Founder & COO of SkillForge, along with HODs and faculty members from various departments.
A total of 165 students were awarded certificates for completing the courses in Human Resource Management and Analytics, Data Science with Python, and Full Stack Web Development.
The program aimed to enhance students’ employability and practical knowledge, and included insightful remarks from the resource persons on industry trends and the importance of continuous skill development.
The ceremony concluded with appreciation for the students’ dedication and encouragement for future participation in similar professional training initiatives.
The NSS Unit organized an Essay Writing Competition on the topic “Hygiene and Sanitation” on 13th October 2025. A total of 25 students participated in the event, which aimed to create awareness about the importance of maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation. The activity provided students with an opportunity to express their ideas and promote healthy practices on campus.

The NSS Unit conducted a Poster Making Competition on 13th September 2025 on the theme “Hygiene and Sanitation.” More than 75 students actively participated in the event, creating posters to raise awareness among their peers about the importance of maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation. The event was successfully organized with the objective of promoting health consciousness and responsible practices among students.

Participants: All the Degree Students The Orientation on Community Skill Development Program was organized by Learning Leaders for all degree classes – B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc (PMCS), and BGBT – at our institution. The session aimed to create awareness among students about various certificate programs and skill development courses that enhance employability and professional growth.
They provided valuable insights into the importance of skill-based learning alongside academic studies, highlighting how these programs can prepare students for industry demands. They explained the structure, benefits, and career opportunities associated with the offered certificate and skill development courses.
The orientation was interactive, with students actively engaging in discussions and clarifying their queries. The session helped broaden the students’ perspective on continuous learning and professional readiness.
As a gesture of gratitude, Dr. L. Jayapandian presented a token of love to the esteemed resource persons, acknowledging their contribution to enriching the knowledge base of the students.
