The Student Welfare Council (SWC) organized  an Orientation programme by Wadhwani  Foundation on “Skill Development” to all final year Degree Students.

Introduction

A workshop on Pre-Placement Training was organized on 17th March 2026 in the college auditorium in collaboration with Magic Bus India Foundation. The main objective of the workshop was to prepare students for upcoming placement opportunities by enhancing their employability skills, communication abilities, and interview readiness.

Objectives of the Workshop

  • Provide students with knowledge about the recruitment and placement process.
  • Develop confidence and professional communication skills.
  • Prepare students for interviews, group discussions, and aptitude tests.
  • Guide students on building a strong resume and professional attitude.

Session Highlights

The resource person Mr. Preetham Prasad S, Placement Officer from Reliance Skilling Academy, conducted an interactive and informative session. He explained the importance of soft skills and professional behavior during the placement process.
