Aim:
The aim of the industrial visit to BEML (Bharat Earth Movers Limited) was to provide students with a practical understanding of the manufacturing process, operations, and management practices in a leading heavy engineering

The purpose of the IV

  1. Bridge the gap between theory and practice: By observing the manufacturing process and operations at BEML, students could relate theoretical concepts to real-world applications.
  2. Gain insights into industry practices: Students could learn about the company’s management practices, quality control measures, and safety protocols.
  3. Develop observational and analytical skills: By interacting with industry professionals and observing the manufacturing process, students could develop their critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  4. Enhance employability: The visit aimed to provide students with exposure to the industry, enabling them to make informed decisions about their future careers.
