EVENT: BRAND DISPLAY

The Commerce Department successfully conducted the Brand Display Competition as part of Comfiesta 2K25. The event aimed to encourage creativity, promote awareness about brand identity, and enhance students’ communication and presentation skills. It provided a platform for students to display existing brands and promote them by highlighting their unique features, strengths, and marketing strategies.
The competition was coordinated by Faculty Coordinator Ms. Bageshwari V Assistant Professor
Student Coordinators: Ms. Nadhiya, Ms. Charulatha, and Ms. Cathrine of II B.Com.

Day – 02 – BEST OUT OF WASTE
DATE: 10\09\2025
The Best out of Waste competition, themed ‘Best out of Waste using Coconut Shell,’ was successfully held as part of Comfiesta 2K25. The event aimed to promote sustainability and innovation, with participants showcasing their creative products made from coconut shells. The competition fostered creativity, teamwork, and recycling, and we appreciate the participants’ enthusiasm and the judges’ expertise.”
The competition was coordinated by Faculty Coordinator: Mrs. Harshini K.J Assistant Professor
Student Coordinators: Vyshnavi S., Shiny R., and Sanjana of II B.Com.

Day – 03 STRESS MANAGEMENT
Date: 12/9/25
As a part of Comfiestathe Department of Commerce organized a Stress Management Program on Friday, 12th September 2025. The aim of the Stress Management competition is likely to promote awareness about stress management techniques, provide a platform for participants to showcase their coping mechanisms, and foster a supportive environment to discuss mental well-being. It may also equipped participants with practical skills to manage stress and promote overall well-being..
The competition was coordinated by Faculty Coordinator: Mr. Praveen Assistant Professor
Student Coordinators: Roshini, Sandhya and Akshaya – III.B.com.

Day o4 – LIVE PEPORTING
Date: 22/09/25
The Live Reporting competition, held as part of Comfiesta 2K25, put students Journalism skills to the test. Participants were given random topics and had to think on their feet, reporting live like real-life news anchors.
Rules: – Current news topics were displayed on the screen. – Participants had to cover the news in a live report, individually.
Objective:
The Live Reporting competition aimed to: – Test participants’ ability to think critically and present confidently under pressure. – Evaluate their research skills and ability to articulate complex information clearly. – Provide a platform for students to showcase their journalism skills and creativity.
The event was a resounding success, with participants demonstrating their potential as future news Anchors!




Day 05 – PAPER PRESENTATION
Topic: “CHAT GPT AND ITS IMPACT ON EDUCATION”
Date: 23/09/2025
The Department of Commerce organized a Paper Presentation competition on the topic “Chat GPT and Its Impact on Education” on 23rd September 2025 Tuesday. The event aimed to encourage students to explore the transformative role of AI tools like Chat GPT in modern education, emphasizing innovation, research, and critical thinking.
Students actively participated, presenting well-researched papers that highlighted Chat GPT’s potential in enhancing learning experiences, personalized education, and academic support. The participants showcased creativity, analytical skills, and effective communication during their presentations.

Day 06 – Best MANAGER

The Best Manager competition, a highlight of Comfiesta 2K25, was a resounding success! The event saw participants showcasing their managerial prowess through three thrilling rounds: Memory Evaluation, Just a Minute, and Rapid Fire. This fantastic competition provided a platform for participants to demonstrate their skills, think on their feet, and learn from one another, making it an enriching experience for all involved.

Day 07 – ART OF PAINTING

The Art of Painting competition, held as part of Comfiesta 2K25, provided a unique platform for Participants to showcase their artistic talents. The event’s theme, “Comics,” inspired creativity and imagination, with participants transforming umbrellas into vibrant works of art. The competition aimed to promote artistic expression, innovation, and skill development, making it a valuable Experience for all involved.
