Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain First Grade College, KGF, proudly celebrated NCC Rising Day 2025 with patriotism, discipline, and enthusiasm. The program began with CTO Mayur A. Wadeyar warmly welcoming the gathering and highlighting the significance of NCC in shaping responsible and service-minded youth.
Following the welcome, Principal Dr. Rekha Sethi ceremoniously hoisted the NCC Flag, marking the beginning of the day’s celebrations. As the flag was hoisted, the cadets collectively sang the NCC Song, showcasing their unity and pride.
The oath-taking ceremony was then conducted by JUO Deepan Vel M, who dictated the NCC Oath to all cadets. The cadets repeated the oath with dedication and commitment to the values of discipline, leadership, and service.
Principal Dr. Rekha Sethi addressed the cadets, speaking about the importance of NCC in building national character, fostering leadership qualities, and encouraging youth participation in nation-building activities. Her motivational words inspired the cadets to uphold the values of the organisation.
The program concluded with the rendition of the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with patriotism and respect.
The entire event was smoothly conducted and anchored by Cdt. Spoorthi, whose coordination contributed to the success of the celebration.
