The Eco Club of SBMJFGC, KGF organized Field Visit at Kannur, Kyasamballi from 10th May 2024 to 18th May 2024 in order to bring awareness among the farmers on Land restoration, desertification and drought resilience.
383 Students and 05 faculty members participated.
Red Ribbon Club of Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain First Grade College, KGF observed ” World Blood Donor Day ” on 14th June 2024.
Conducted awareness program on ” Importance of Blood Donation” and pledged the oath.

The Eco Club observed the World Soil Day 2023 (WSD) from 5th December 2023 to 12th December 2023 with the theme “Soil and Water:A source of Life” to focus attention on the importance of healthy soil and to advocate for the sustainable management of soil resources.
34 Students and 2 faculty members actively involved in hands on training in testing the soil and water samples at various places in KGF and observed the results.
It is a unique platform that not only celebrates soils but also empowers and engages the Student community to understand the quality of soil, importance of organic farming and impacts of chemical fertilizers.
The Eco Club organized Field visit to the students of SBMJFGC in order to bring awareness on ” The impact of chemical fertilizers on environment and health” on 17th July 2023 at Modakapalli.Kysambahalli.
23 students and 02 faculty members participated.
ECO Club organized field visit to Botanical garden, Lalbagh, Bengaluru. Students are taught about their role in keeping the Earth safe and eco friendly. They start to see every flower and fruit differently. 20 students and 2 faculty members visited the Botanical garden on 26th June 2023.
