Skill Development Program on “Employability Skill Training Program for Women”

The IQAC in Association with Mahindra Pride Classroom, Naandi Foundation, Bengaluru conducted skill development program on Employability Skill Training Program for Women for all the streams of girls students from 17th February 2025 to 25th February 2025 in the auditorium, 101 classroom, 102 classroom and 406 classroom from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm.

Topics: 1. Self Awareness 2. Professional Grooming 3. Cleanliness and Hygienic 4. Goal Setting 5. Time Management 6. Resume building 7. Email Etiquette 8.Group Discussion 9. Money Management.

Total 200 students participated and got benefitted in the program.

Guest Lecture on Communication Skills

The Department of English in association with IQAC conducted guest lecture programme on Wednesday the 19th of February 2025 for Ist year students.

The resource person was Professor N. Subramoney from KGF first grade college Oorgaum. The session was interesting, relevant and understandable. The basic purpose was to assist the learner to develop a thorough understanding in LSRW skills and self study approach which enhances their communication skills.

The speaker emphasised on to develop the art of speaking which leads to self reliability and power of understanding which is essential in today’s competitive world. He also advised the students to get adapted to various classroom situations for better learning. Heads of the various departments, faculty members and 150 students actively participated in the session which lasted for 90 minutes.
