ONE DAY ORIENTATION PROGRAMME ON CURRICULUM DESIGN AND DELIVERY FOR IV SEMESTER BBA (NEP), BNU

Prof Sandhya V, Faculty of Commerce and Management, actively participated as a “Rapporteur” for the subject “Personal Wealth Management”. This Orientation programme was jointly organised by Kairalee Nikethan Golden Jubilee Degree College and Bengaluru North University Teachers Council of Commerce & Management (BNUTCCM) on 16/6/2023.

Madam was a panel member in the curriculum design decision making and at the end of the programme, she was felicitated for being the Rapporteur for the day.

The goals of the orientation programs are to create student’s familiarity with the institution’s regulations and academic standards, acquaint the students with their classmates and to learn about the other institutional members that will help students succeed.

National Webinar

The Department of Physical Science, in association with IQAC and Research Cell, organized a National webinar on the topic “Diverse Approaches for the Synthesis of Nano Particles” on 31/05/2023. The resource person was Dr. Y. S. Vidya, Head, Department of Physics, Lal Bahadur Shastri Government First Grade College, T R Nagar, Bangalore. She was a recipient of a Young Scientist Award by VGST, the Government of Karnataka in 2014-2015. She spoke about different methods for the synthesis of Nanoparticles like Combustion, Sol-Gel, Chemical Co-Precipitation, Chemical Vapor Deposition method etc and their merits and demerits.

198 students, Research Scholars and faculty of various colleges from different states, like Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamilnadu and Karnataka, registered and took part in the webinar. E-certificates were provided for the participants.
