National Nutrition Week – 2022

The Department of Life Science observed National Nutrition Week 2022 with the theme ‘Celebrate a World of Flavors’ from 1st September 2022 to 7th September 2022.

DAY 1 AWARENESS PROGRAM Flash Mob on National Nutrition Week 2022 The students performed Flash Mob on Tuesday, 6th September 2022 in order to raise awareness about diet and health among students. 300 students and 34 faculty members participated.

Inauguration National Nutrition Week 2022 was inaugrated by Dr. Rekha Sethi, Principal, SBMJFGC, KGF on 6th September 2022 at 1:30 pm

Day 2 Exhibition The Department of Life Science organised Exhibition on nutrition and health on 7th September 2022 in Life Science Lab. Dr Rekha Sethi, Principal, SBMJFGC inaugurated the exhibition, 250 students and 26 faculty members participated.

Day 3 Healthy Recipe The Department of Life Science organized healthy recipe on 8th sep 2022. 30 students and 8 faculty members participated

Felicitation

The Department of Physical Education honored Ms. Keerthana Pandian on 5th Monday 2022 at 10:00 am at SBMJFGC open auditorium for achieving bronze medal for India in world U21 snooker championship held at Bucharest Romania.

Annual Athletic Meet

Annual Athletic Meet was organised by department of Physical Education on 26th August 2022 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

    Free health camp

    The Department of Life Science in association with Manipal Hospital Bengaluru organised free health camp on 27th August 2022 at SBMJFGC, KGF.

    200 public members 60 students and 10 faculty members actively participated in the camp and availed the following facility:

    AAVISHKAR 2022

    The cultural forum of SBMJFGC KGF organised Aavishkar 2022 inter class competition for all the degree students on 23rd August 2022 at our college campus open auditorium from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm.
