Objective of the session

To gain knowledge on essential employability skill required in digital world

About the session

Graduate must be able to communicate ideas and develop a strong employability profile.  The session gave insights to the students to gain knowledge about employability skills which makes them more employable in the job market.

Outcome of the session.

The session helped the students to know the importance of employability skills and they got to know about the concept of future of work place in the digital enabled office.

• To develop self-awareness skills.
• To create awareness on how to measure and showcase their hidden skills.

About the session

Most of the students have talents within themselves but lack the skills to exhibit it at right place for advancement in their career for they feel emotionally down. Therefore this session helped to identify such blockers through emotional intelligence.

Outcome of the session.

The session helped the students to identify and regulate ones emotions to build relationships, reduce team stress, reduced conflicts and staying calm.
