The 79th Independence Day of India was celebrated with immense pride and patriotic zeal at Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain First Grade College, KGF, on 15th August 2025. The celebration was a collaborative effort organized by the NCC unit, in coordination with the NSS team and the Department of Physical Education. The entire campus was beautifully adorned with tricolour decorations, creating a vibrant and patriotic atmosphere that reflected the spirit of the occasion.

- Flag Hoisting: The National Flag was ceremoniously unfurled by Honorary Sub Maj. Sashi Kumar, accompanied by all dignitaries, followed by the singing of the National Anthem that resonated with pride and patriotism.
- NCC Pledge: Administered by CTO Mayur A. Wadeyar, this moment reaffirmed the cadets’ dedication to national service and discipline.
