The Library and Information Centre Celebrated Birthday of Dr. Dr. S R Ranganathan Birthday Celebration on 12th of August 2024 in the Library and Information Centre at 11:00 am
The Program was inaugurated by Lighting of Lamp and Garlanding the photo by Dr. Rekha Sethi Principal SBMJFGC, KGF and Ms. Mani Mala Librarian SBMJFGc, KGF.
Total 60 students and 07 faculty members participated
Orientation programme on Scouts and Guides was organized by Rovers and Rangers Unit of SBMJFGC, KGF for all the 1st year Degree students on 12th August 2024 in the conference hall at 11:00 am to 12:30 pm.
The program was inaugurated by K R Suresh, District Commissioner, Scouts and Guides Kolar and spoke about the importance about Scouts and Guides.
Mrs. Umadevi, District joint secretary, Scouts and Guides Kolar, gave the information about scouting.
Mr. Babu V, District organizer, gave the information about what changes can be achieved if a student joins the unit as a human, what are the benefits that can be achieved.
The Orientation Programme was presided by Dr. Rekha sethi, Principal of the college and shared her thoughts about the Rovers and Rangers unit.
The senior Rovers and Rangers received the Nipun exam completion certificates from the Guests.
The Orientation programme was organized by Ms. Elizabeth Rani, Ranger Leader,
Ms.Sangeetha D S, Ranger Leader, Mr.Nagesha P Rover Scout Leader, and senior Rovers and Rangers.
No. of students participated: 250
Outcome: Students understood the importance of Scouting. Students learnt the basics of Scouting.
Career guidance program organised by placement cell and IQAC of
SBMJFGC, KGF in association with HOPE foundation Bengaluru on 2nd July 2024 in the auditorium from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
250 students and 03 faculty members participated.
