Electroll Literary Club of SBMJFGC, KGF Organised election literacy awareness program in association with teachers association of KGF taluk on 17th July 2023. Dr Reka Sethi principal of SBMJC KGF and teachers from schools were present
The ELC Club invited resource persons as a students and teachers from 35 schools.
210 members participated in the Program
Essay competition was conducted by the Department of Kannada on 11th July 2023.
Topic: “Karnataka Sarkarada Uchitha Kodugegala Parinama” (Effect of free contributions of Government of Karnataka).
20 students participated in the competition.
On 07 July 2023 Rovers and Rangers of SBMJC – K G F, took an initiative to facilitate Students, Faculty members and Other interested citizens of Karnataka (K G F), to register free online to avail the GruhaJyothi benefit (Free Electricity) an initiative by Government of Karnataka which was launched exclusively for the benefit of household.
The Rovers and Rangers actively took part in the Registration and helped the needy people to register for free of cost.
25 People were benefitted by this initiative.

On 1 July 2023 to 04 July 2023 Sri Kshetra Kaiwara, The Trustee members of the Temple organized Gurupooja Sangeetha utsava at Kaiwara. For this event the District association gave a call to all the Rovers and Rangers of the district.
The Rovers and Rangers of SBMJFGC – K G F, took an initiative to render the Service at Gurupooja Sangeetha utsava. This was held at Kaiwara from 1 July 2023 to 3 July 2023. List of Rovers and Rangers actively took part and rendered service at this event.
Students learnt the way to manage the crowd. And co ordination.

Student Welfare Council (SWC) Organised “GURU PURNIMA”, the festival dedicated to spiritual and academic teachers was celebrated in our college at 9.00 p.m on the 3rd of july 2023. The full moon day in the month of Ashada of the Hindu calendar is celebrated as guru purnima. This day is also marked to pay our tribute to the great sage Vedavyasa who compiled the Vedas, eighteen puranas, the Mahabharatha and the Brahma Suthras.
The programme was inaugurated by invocation song followed by the lighting of the lamp by Dr.Rekha Sethi, principal SBMJC, KGF and Faculty members.
The welcome address was delivered by Mr.Younus, President of SWC, followed by inaugural dance. Ms.Prerana, vise President of SWC, she explained the meaning of ‘Guru’ and their role in bringing up the progress in the society.
