The department of commerce has organized a webinar on“DIGITAL MARKETING AND IT’S ENVIRONMENT “exclusively for IIIndyear B.com Students On 22nd January 2022.

Profile of the Resource person : 1.Prof. Druva kumar completed master in CMR university MBA from MS University, Ph.D. pursuing from gitam University. 2.Working as an assistant professor in the Department of Commerce at St Francis de sales college Electronic City Bengaluru. 3.Got 12 years of teaching experience. 4.Given number of talks on trends and changes in respective fields. 5.Conducted FDPs on contemporary philosophy on intrinsic evolution of teaching. 6.The field of expertise are finance,taxation, information technology.

Industrial Visit

An Industrial Visit to Deccan Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd Dasarahosahalli Bangarpet was organized by Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain First Grade College KGF on Saturday 18th December 2021 for 1st year B.Com students. 98 students and 2 faculties visited Deccan Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd to interact and understand how the various products are manufactured for four wheelers, Commercial vehicles, Tractors and Off-Road vehicle segments. They also supplies for both Domestic and International markets such as BEML, VOLVO, TATA, L&T Constructions, SAME DEUTZ-FAHR.

In the morning @ 10.30 am we visited to Deccan Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd we divided our students in to 2 batches for the visit and the interaction with the industry persons. In this visit students were very eagerly waiting for listening to department’s head explanation regarding process of production. The Managing Director of Deccan Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd Mr. Ramakrishnappa conducted very informative session for the students. He gave the brief introduction of Deccan Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd to the students.  Finally he motivated to students to select their area of interest.
