Objective of the Program: Resource person talk

To attract and retain effective persons in an organization. To utilize human resources optimally. To improve morale and motivation level of employees. To reduce employee turnover.

The main duties and responsibilities of a Java full-stack developer are to: design back-end architecture using multiple technologies. build front-end technologies to create user interfaces. build flexible applications and websites as per client and end-user preferences.

The role of a Python full stack developer is to bridge the gap between these two positions. They are responsible for creating a streamlined user experience across both the back-end and front-end portions of an application.

LEGAL AWARENESS PROGRAMME FOR WOMEN

Dated 1st August 2023

The Women Empowerment Cell organized an Awareness Programme on “Legal Rights Of Women In India”, for girl students from all the streams.

Resource Person:  Dr. Thanga Pramila, MA, LLB, LLM, PHD in Law,  Assistant Professor Sri Kengal Hanumanthaiya Law College, KGF.

No. of participants:  200 Girl students and women faculty members.

Outcome :  To sensitize women and girls about their Rights as provided under various Laws in Indian Penal Code where, every women has the right to live in dignity, free of fear, coercion, violence and discrimination so, the law serves as a weapon to all the women against the domestic violence and the students gained the knowledge on how  to appeal and suit case for the same.  And also the Women Empowerment Cell student Coordinators enhanced the orientation and the importance of Women Empowerment Cell working in the college exclusively for the upliftment of girl students. 

Career Guidance Program

The IQAC of SBMJFGC, KGF in association with Aakash Byju’s Bengaluru organised Career Guidance Program on 21st July 2023 in the auditorium from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.

180 students and 05 faculty members participated in the program.

Selection of new SWC members

Participants: 20 Students.

The Student Welfare Council (SWC) conducted Interviews for new members who have been registered to join as a member of the SWC. About 20 students accompanied the interview, out of 20 students 18 students have been selected as the new members of SWC

Few responsibilities have been allocated to the new members according to their talent.
