Eco Club – Field Visit

The Eco Club organized Field visit to the students of SBMJFGC in order to bring awareness on ” The impact of chemical fertilizers on environment and health” on 17th July 2023 at Modakapalli.Kysambahalli.

23 students and 02 faculty members participated.

Outreach Program on Dengue Symptoms and Prevention Awareness Program

The Department of Life Science organized outreach program on Dengue symptoms and prevention awareness program .

The nutritious lunch was served by the Student at Modakapalli Kysambahalli on 17th July 2023.

50 students and 5 faculty members participated.

KARGIL VIJYA DIWAS

The Kargil War resulted in the loss of 527 soldiers from the Indian Army. The conflict concluded on July 26, 1999, when the Pakistan army was forced to retreat from their occupied positions, signifying India’s triumph. Since then, this day is observed as Kargil War Diwas to honour and remember the supreme sacrifice made by the soldiers during the war.

Rotaract club of SBMJC-KGF in collaboration with the Postal Department of KGF  gave a tribute to the Kargil War’s  Heroes  who gave  commemorate the contribution  of the Indian’s on 26th July 2023.

The Chief Guest was Captain Venkatesh , Ex-Army and other Ex-Army community.

Model Making (Mini Projects)

Department of Business Administration has organized Model Making Competition Exclusively for BBA students on Friday 21st July 2023 at SBMJFGC, KGF.

Department of Commerce has Organised an Industrial Visit to Deccan Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd Dasarahosahalli Bangarpet for 1st year B.Com students to interact and understand how the manufacturing process takes place for four wheelers, Commercial vehicles, Tractors and Off- Road vehicle segments. They also supplies for both Domestic and International markets. Target Customers are BEML, VOLVO, TATA, L&T Constructions, and SAME DEUTZ- FAHR.

Participants: 149 Students.
