Introduction
The Student Welfare Council organized “AI Powered Industry Readiness and Career Accelerator Program” for the 2nd Year students. The session aimed to equip students with essential knowledge and skills required to meet modern industry demands, particularly focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and employability enhancement.
The program provided valuable insights into how AI is transforming industries and how students can prepare themselves to build successful careers in an increasingly technology-driven world.
Objectives of the Program
• To create awareness about the role of AI in various industries
• To enhance productivity and employability skills among students
• To understand current recruiter expectations
• To guide students on sustaining and growing in their careers
• To introduce AI-related skills relevant to B.Com, BBA, and BCA students

Conclusion
The training program was highly informative and beneficial for the 2nd Year students. It successfully bridged the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by introducing AI-driven career opportunities. The session encouraged students to up skill themselves and prepare for future challenges in a competitive job market.
