The Placement Cell of SBMJFGC, KGF in association with Jain University, Bengaluru conducted career guidance program for degree students on 29th November 2023 in the auditorium from 1:00 pm to 1:50 pm.
Total – 270 students attended the program

The NSS Unit of SBMJFGC, KGF in association with City Municipality, KGF organised Young Voters Awareness Program on 29th November 2023 in the auditorium from 11:00 am to 11:45 am
The chief guest of the program are Mr. Pavan Kumar Commissioner, City Municipality, KGF, delivered the speech about voting awareness.

The Student Counselling Cell (SCC) conducted “Orientation Programme” at SBMJFGC, KGF on 20th November 2023 at 11.00 am to 12.00pm in the Auditorium.
The program was hosted by Ms. Asfiya fathima. S and Ms. Aaliya firdous, SWC members, Welcome speech given by Ms. Ridda kauser, SWC member.
The program was inaugurated by “Lighting of lamp” by Dr. Rekha Sethi, Principal SBMJFGC, KGF.
Mr. Changareddy S Students Counselling Centre Co-Ordinator delivered the Orientation Programme on “Students Counselling Centre” in detail . The program ended by vote of thanks by Ms. Bhagyalakshmi member of SWC.
The cell organized a guest lecture for the degree students on the topic ” Gender equality and Safety measures for Men”

Anti sexual harassment cell organized a guest talk on ” Gender equality and Safety measures for men” which enhances the upcoming scenario of the public issue that the victims were women but the resource person alarmed the students regarding the consequences under law which is against men under Indian Penal Code. However now it is important to understand that in most of the cases men are the victims irrespective of their acts, whether the mistake was committed by them or not.
Outcome: Students had an exposure on how to safeguard themselves from these types of traps and beware of regulations in the eyes of the Law.

Government of Karnataka, Hindu Religious Institutions And Charitable Endowments Department of Hassan District celebrated Sri Hassanamba Devi and Sri Siddeshwara Swamy Jatra Mahotsav 2023 at Hassan district, from 02 November 2023 to 15 November 2023, For this event the State and District association of The Bharat Scout and Guide gave a call to all the Rovers and Rangers to render Service.
The Rovers and Rangers Unit of SBMJFGC – K G F, took an initiative to render the Service at Sri Hassanamba Devi and Sri Siddeshwara Swamy Jatra Mahotsav 2023 at Hassan district. And deployed Volunteer Rovers and Rangers for the same from 06th November 2023 to 11th November 2023.
The Volunteers were honored by the Hindu Religious Institutions And Charitable Endowments Department of Hassan District, and by the Camp Leader.
