In 1914 the International women’s day was held on March 8th. Observance of the day was dedicated to women right to vote and to celebrate the social, economical, cultural and political achievements of women throughout history and across nations.

A tribute to all the women, the world without women is a world without light, a world without love and a world without joy.

Department of commerce and research cell headed by Mrs.Kasthuri.L,Mrs.Manjula and Mr. Harish. Jointly organised one day district level Student seminar on ONE WORLD DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES-TEACHING AND LEARNING IN CBSC AND ITS IMPACT on 7/3/17 .

The motive behind this seminar is to improve the multi skilled development of students such as reasoning, analysing, imagination and decision making and that further improves the subject understanding.

This seminar was exclusively conducted for students of various streams in order to understand the current education scenario and around so papers were presented by the students from many colleges across the district.

Brand Wars was a event organised by retail management students of I B.Com with support of Ms. Kasturi L, Ms. Madhu Ashwini and Ms. Cyndrilla Martin on 4th March 2017 The retailers of many brand took part in this event and enhanced their brand image.
